Period Museum Fabrics $6.25 per yard - These are wonderful 100% cotton museum reproduction prints of the 18th century. They are from either the D.A.R. Museum in Washington D.C. or the Oakland Quilt Museum in San Francisco, CA.  45" bolts. Very little remain of these wonderful reproduction fabrics. Get yours before they run out! Silk Brocades  $16.00 per yard -  We chose these brocades for their closeness to the original fabric designs of the 1700s. The fabric is 75% raw silk, the remaining 25% rayon and/or tinsel. Not a fabric to wear when cooking, but to truly express the beautiful side of yourself.. this is it.  30" bolts.

Period cotton prints $7.25 per yard - Patch/petal is $8.25 per yard. These are wonderful 100% cotton prints similar to the 18th century fabrics. We have studied textile samples and historic textile reference books when making our selections. All could have been roller prints or block prints. 45" bolts. Block Prints $9.00 per yard - These prints are hand made. There are always variations from roll to roll, color to color, this is the beauty of these fabrics and are not to be considered flawed. Truly one of a kind fabrics and very period correct. 100% cotton fabrics, hand printed and dyed. 45" bolts.

100% Wool  - $16.00 per yard - our wools are 100% virgin wool. 10 oz. suit weight. Some of the finest, softest wool we can find. Colors normally in stock: hunter green, scarlet red, black, burgundy, navy and a brown tweed. please call to ensure your color is in stock.  54-60" bolt width.

The Grab Bag is a big hit this season, consisting of assorted random fabric pieces from our cutting room. The pieces are big enough for quilts, doll clothes, craft projects, and some children's clothes. We are now able to offer the Grab Bag in 100% Cotton, Wool, Silk, Flannel and Canvas Duck. Call for availability. (Sorry, no preferences for print or solids given, what we grab is what we grab!) All grab bags are bagged in Approx. 10-pound bundles. Shipping for these items only is additional $10.00 per item. We have to charge this to cover the cost of shipping the weight of these grab bags. These will be shipped UPS ground.

DG00308- 1 1/2" - 2" Cluny Lace $1.55 per yd. white or natural
100% cotton lace. Cluny was also called bobbin lace because of its large, open designs. It was originally made of heavy linen or cotton thread. The design was usually a paddle or wheel type. Fine weaves were used for dress trimming, blouses, and dresses. The coarser weaves being used for bed linen trimming and the like.

DG00312- Cording Bodkin $2.00
The bodkin is a must for any Rendezvous sewing box. Our Bodkin is metal with gripping prongs. This is an indispensable tool for threading cording into a petticoat or ribbon through a bodice, lacing up shirts, turning bias tubing or the like. Not recommended for ribbon. This fabulous soap is made for us by Anngems, An Indianapolis, Indiana based company. The soap is begun with a unique blend of fresh goat's milk, honey, and soybean oil. The mixture is then cold kettle processed to retain the valuable glycerin, a natural humectant. After setting, each bar is hand cut, shaped and wrapped. All soaps are dye and preservative free. All scents are natural. This wonderful crème is made for us by Anngems, an Indianapolis, Indiana based company. Our body crème is begun with a unique blend of fresh beeswax harvested from Indiana hives, olive oil, jojoba oil and kukui nut oil. Jojoba oil comes from the jojoba plant grown in Arizona and is chocked full of Vitamin E. Kukui nut oil comes from the nut of the Kukui Nut Tree, the state tree of Hawaii. The Hawaiian people have used the kukui nut for centuries for food and medicine. Kukui nut oil has also been used for protecting and healing skin exposed to sun, drying winds, and salt water. The oil has the unique ability to be absorbed quickly by dry skin and can ease the symptoms of psoriasis, acne, eczema and sunburn. This is a very rich crème, so use sparingly as a little goes a long way. The crème is wonderful for your face, especially under the eyes.
